Brasholanda machines have a differential of durability and robustness, features essential for the bottling and packaging of food, beverage and non-food. Rectilinear, rotary, measuring, heat exchangers and pick and place or wrap around packaging options. Among the devices produced, there are:

• Braskop rectilinear:
  • For cups and pots, machines with two to ten straight rows of packages with single or double step;
  • Allows the filling of liquids, viscous, pasty or solid products;
  • Option for ultra-clean machines or aseptic filling for increased shelf life.

• Braskop rotating:
  • Developed for cups and pots, Braskop rotating allows the filling of liquid, viscous, pasty or solid products;
  • Specific options for ice cream, seasonings and powders;
  • Packaging closure through thermosealable aluminum cover and/or overlids.

• Braspac:
  • Vertical machines for automatic packaging of liquid and low viscosity products;
  • Packaging in flexible plastic film bags;
  • Option for aseptic filling for increased shelf life.

• Additional Machines:
  • Bottle Dosing: dosing machines for liquids or viscous products, allows packaging to be closed with a threaded lid or thermosealable aluminum lid;
  • Selopar: semi-automatic machine for sealing cups and pots, with closure through thermosealable aluminum lid;
  • Bench Feeder: semi-automatic machine for measuring viscous or liquid products.

• Heat Exchangers:
  • Chassis and polished stainless steel plates for heat treatment of liquid and viscous products.

  • Automatic machines for boxing products with automatic pick and place or wrap around systems;
